Pleasant, fruity, elegant with notes of violets
 
Taste:
Dry, harmonic, full-bodied, rightly tannic
 
Food pairings:
Perfect with tasty first courses, juicy meat dishes, chicken, medium-aged cheeses.
Best served at 18°-20° C.
