Fresh, winey, ethereal, floral and slightly spicy.

Taste:
Fresh, soft, well-structured, pleasantly warm, full-bodied and lingering

Food pairings:
Perfect with salami and hors d’oeuvres,pasta dishes, roast white/red meat, chicken, game, BBQ & grilled food. Best served at 18°-20° C. It is advisable to uncork the bottle at least two hours before drinking.
