Our wine cellar has been built some five meters underground and includes seven conical Slavonia oak vats of 36 and 37 hectolitres along with five 30-hectolitre barrels made with the same wood.
These vats are destined for the ageing of our Ghemme,Ghemme Crus and Vespolina wines . The ageing time lasts from 36 to 48 months before the 12-month refining in bottles. A series of 20 barriques is used for maturing our raisin wine.
